Admin Assistants (Accounts & HR)
Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Accounts Receivables billings
- Process receipts and update cash book
- Attend to inquiries from clients
- Follow up on outstanding bills
- Update invoice records in spreadsheets
- All other administrative and ad-hoc matters relating to AR cycle
Human Resources:
- Assist in day to day personnel matters
- Manage, update and safe keeping of HR records
- Administer HR SOPs
- Brief/train new line managers on HR SOPs
Requirements:
- Certificate/ Diploma in Accountancy, Business Admin or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Responsible, reliable, meticulous and independent
- Able to communicate in English
