HEAD LEVEL
1. BRANCH MANGER (BM)
Placement: Balikpapan, Medan, Palembang
Responsible for managing overall sales, service, credit and collection process to achieve branch’s target from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and customer services. The ideal candidate should show great competencies in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.

2. SALES HEAD (SAH)
Placement: Medan, Palembang, Jakarta
Responsible for strategic sales planning and execution to ensure target achievement and propose required adjustments based on market characteristics to optimalize the overall achievement. Sound knowledge in market characteristics and credit is a must.

3. SERVICE HEAD (SEH)
Placement: Bekasi, Bogor, Medan, Palembang Responsible for branch’s overall services standard implementation, managing assets and financial matters, administration, employee affairs and branch infrastructures. Service mindset and can-do attitude are required in inspiring team performance.

4. CREDIT & COLLECTION HEAD (CCH)
Placement: Bandung, Balikpapan, Medan, Denpasar, Palembang, Malang
Responsible for managing whole credit approval process and activities that complies to good corporate governance and risk management policy in ensuring quality of disbursed credit and assets while also responsible for managing branch collection by planning and implementing collection strategic that could anticipate external conditions in maintaining branch’s credit asset complied to procedure and risk policy

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Maximum age of 33 years old
• Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experiences at similar position
• Showing good leadership skill, systematic and strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever.
• Ready to be assigned at any Indonesia region

ANALYST LEVEL
5. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Systematic development program that specifically designed in preparing highly potential candidates within overall company’s functions so they will be ready to take role as Operational Head in the near future. Expected young candidate not more than 26 years old should be a fresh graduate or professional with less than 2 years of experience, graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00, showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork, communication, achievement and service orientation. Eagerness to be assigned at any Indonesia region is a must.

6. IT – SYSTEM ANALYST (IT)
Responsible for performing analytical business requirements and development in several Microsoft Dynamics Application. (S)he will also participate in business requirements modification and project management, including system analysis, system design, quality assurance and documentation. Good knowledge in SOL Server 2005 programming and Web application development using .NET Platform and client script e g. ASP, JAVA, JAVAScript, VBScript, HTML, XW is required

7. RETAIL CREDIT ANALYST (CA)
Placement: Jakarta, Malang, Balikpapan, Medan, Palembang
Responsible in managing acquisition process, including risk assessment of retail account that complies to company’s credit policy, procedures and delegated authority, to ensure overall manageable asset quality. Strong financial knowledge and analysis combined with an interest to do deeper analysis must be shown by the candidate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Maximum age of 27 years old
• Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experiences at similar position or fresh graduate with active extracullicural activities
• Showing good leadership skill, systematic and analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal skill, and independent.
