We are the largest global processor and merchandiser of palm oil and lauric oils, a major oil palm plantation owner and the largest palm bio diesel manufacture in the world.

To support our growth and new business, we are looking for experience people to fill the following position in Indonesia:

  1. Compensation & Benefit Manager – CB
  2. Senior Agronomist (Rice seed) – AGR
  3. Senior Soil Science (Paddy Field) – SOI
  4. Rice Seed Sales Marketing Spy – SSM
  5. Rice Seed Sales Executive – SSE
  6. People Development & Trainer – HR
  7. Mandarin Translator – MAN
  8. Accounting & Tax Supervisor/ Assistant Manager – ACC
  9. Finance Supervisor/ Assistant Manager – FIN
  10. Fuel Sales Marketing Supervisor/ Assistant Mgr – SM
  11. Liquid Chemical Process Engineer – PRO
  12. Power plant Coordinator/Superintendent – PWR

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • At Least 2 years experience in related field for no. 5 & 7; 5 years for Supervisor (No. 2,3,6); 8 years for Assistant Manager; 10 years for Manager
  • For no. (2) Experience in paddy seed research & development
  • For No. (3) Experience in soil survey for paddy field
  • For no. (10) Experience in selling & distributing fuel/solar in all area of Indonesia and will be based in Pekanbaru, Padang, Jambi, Lampung, Kalimantan.
  • For no. (11) Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Willing to be located in all Wilmar Business units in Indonesia and Overseas

    Skill, ability dan capability itu penting tapi honesty dan loyality itu jauh lebih penting untuk jadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam mengangkat seseorang jadi karyawan. { Lebih baik memelihara orang bodoh tapi jujur dari pada memelihara orang pintar tapi pencuri }.
    mengkaryawankan pekerja yg tak jujur dalam pekerjaan( sering melakukan pencurian) itu sama saja dengan pembodohan dan penipuan terhadap manajemen perusahaan. Dan bisa dikatakan manager tersebut bodoh(foolish) Karna orang yang biasa menggerogoti perusahaan yang seharusnya disingkirkan malah diperlakukan bak pahlawan ?????.
    BONUS.
    Sebelum karyawan(w shop ksi) diberi bonus ada baiknya jika peralatan kerja yang jadi tanggung jawabnya di periksa, apa masih utuh atau sudah jalan2 kesana kemari?{hilang} misalnya kunci (tool) barang bekas pakai ( ban, battery dll )
