RekindWorleyParsons is a Joint Operation between PT. Rekayasa Industri and PT. WorleyParsons Indonesia and is currently providing Engineering and Construction Management services for PT. Chevron Pasific Indonesia in Duri, Riau under its Engineering and Construction Management Contract. We are seeking qualified and highly motivated engineers from multiple discipline to join and experienced team in a fast paced environment.

1. LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilites

  • Lead and supervise Contractor’s activities in development of deliverables in process engineering discipline during Contract period.
  • Serve as SME (subject matter expert) in process engineering discipline during Contract period, including utilizing Contractor’s corporate internal and/or external professional networking as necessary
  • Implement QA/QC plan including internal squad check process for process discipline deliverables, prior to submission to Company
  • Interface with relevant professional organizations to get information on “state of the art” technologies/knowledge on process engineering discipline during performance of Engineering Services
  • Report to and assist Superintendent Engineering for execution of Off-site and On-site Engineering Services during the Contract period

Requirements

  • Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
  • The candidate shall have minimum 15 years working experience in process engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with 10 years of which at senior dan lead position. Furthermore, several years of which shall cover following aspects:
    • Minimum experience as Lead Process Engineer for EPC or ECM or EB contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries in the last 5 years.
    • Minimum 5 years working experience outside of his/her home country, in supervising a group of process engineering discipline personnel from various levels (e.g. senior design engineers, design engineers, 3D designers, designers, drafters, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
    • Alternative for Article (b) above for Group III National only, minimum 8 years working experience with multi-national companies in Indonesia or minimum 8 years working experience in Indonesia on projects for multi-national companies with regular interface with the clients, in supervising a group of process engineering discipline personnel from various levels (e.g. senior design engineers, design engineers, designers, drafters, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
  • The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on the process engineering discipline and broad knowledge on various aspects, such as: process engineering software (refer to Attachment A5), internationally recognized engineering codes & standards, etc.
  • The candidate shall have extensive experience in facilitating and/or supporting HAZOPS and VIPs sessions, such as: Value Engineering, etc.
  • The candidate shall have strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching and networking.

2. COST ESTIMATOR

Responsibilities

  • Perform cost estimating as part of the overall deliverable package for Customer
  • Prepare individual project Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates at or above Class 3 (L: -10% – -20%; H: +10% – +30%) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.
  • Work closely with Company and Company’s contractors during performance of cost estimating & control services for Company’s projects
  • Develop and maintain Contractor’s processes and procedures related with cost estimating & control.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.)

Requirements

  • The candidate shall have minimum 10 years working experience in cost estimating & control, with minimum 6 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities
  • The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software.
  • The candidate shall have thorough knowledge of local productivities, customs and labor practices and applicable local labor laws to the degree these have a material impact on TIC estimate.
  • The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking
  • Able to join immediately

3. COST ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Perform cost estimating & control Services for Company’s projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: cost estimating, cost control & forecasting, etc.
  • Prepare construction cost monitoring report for project executed by Company’s contractors and supervised by Contractor. This include in providing monthly project cost accrual for Company’s contractor and Contractor.
  • Work closely with Company and Company’s contractors during performance of cost estimating & control services for Company’s projects.
  • Develop and maintain Contractor’s processes and procedures related with cost estimating & control
  • Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.

Requirements

  • The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in cost estimating & control, with minimum 4 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities
  • The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software.
  • The candidate shall have thorough knowledge of local productivities, customs and labor practices and applicable local labor laws to the degree these have a material impact on TIC estimate.
  • The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking
  • Able to join immediately

4. SENIOR ENGINEER INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL

Responsibilites:

  • Prepare and complete Instrumentation and Control engineering design, coordinate Contractor’s activities in development of related discipline engineering deliverables
  • Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if it’s required by Company to support Company’s related projects.
  • Work closely with Company’s user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
  • Provide mentoring on related engineering discipline aspects to Contractor’s Design Engineers to enhance their competency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent, preferably in Physics Instrumentation
  • The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in related engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 3 years of which at senior engineer position.
  • The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on related engineering discipline and be proficient with related baseline software (refer to Attachment A5) and codes/standards.
  • For mechanical discipline, the candidate shall have suficient experience in providing technical specification & datasheet for procurement process, both for static or rotating equipment, and familiar with all associated codes & standards, such as: API610, API676, ASME-VIII Division 1/2, API650, etc.
  • For piping discipline, the candidate shall have sufficient experience in implementing 3D modeling for piping design and familiar with 3D baseline software (PDMS and Naviswork Review).
  • The candidate shall have high mentoring & coaching skills

5. SENIOR DRAFTER INSTRUMENTATION

Responsibilities:
Development of design drawings by using CADD in accordance with their function and objective as directed by Contractor’s Designer

Qualifications

  • Minimum education is to possess an engineering diploma degree (D3) with 4 years working experience or senior high school graduate (SMU) with 8 years working experience, both in design drafting by using CADD.
  • Minimum 3 years of which (with D3 degree) or 6 years of which (for SMU graduate), working for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
  • The candidate shall be skilled to use CADD baseline software: Intergraph Microstation version 8i.

6. SCHEDULER/PLANNER

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform project scheduling Services for Company’s projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: development & update of project schedule (up to levei-4), collaboration with Contractor’s Project Controls Specialist to develop and update master schedule (resources loaded, WBS based), critical path identification in project schedule, etc.
  • Work closely with Company and Company’s contractors during performance of project scheduling services for Company’s projects.
  • Develop and maintain Contractor’s processes and procedures related with project scheduling.
  • Prepare detailed schedule for project execution covering all associated activities (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, etc.), interconnection among activities and determining critical path activities, by referring to historical data and/or appropriate duration benchmarks and/or professional judgment.

Qualification of Personnel

  • Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S I) with 8 years working experience or engineering diploma degree (D3) with 12 years working experience, both in construction execution and project scheduling.
  • Minimum 4 years of which (for SI degree) or 6 years of which (with D3 degree), working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
  • The candidate shall have broad knowledge on construction execution and thorough knowledge on various project scheduling methods and related codes & standards, including associated software.
  • The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking.
