Director of Engineering (DOE)

• Undergraduate degree (S1) in Mechanical I Electrical Engineering is a basic requirement
• Minimum 3 years work experience as Chief Engineer or DOE in high rise building / 5-star hotel or multi-outlet shopping mall / apartment complex
• Excellent organization and strong project coordination skills are vital
• Good understanding of energy conservation, property management systems and new technology
• Energetic & confident leadership style
