International 5-star hotel in Surabaya is looking for experienced, enthusiastic Indonesian professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for people and quality to fill in the positions as:

Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)

  • Higher Education / Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years work experience with 5-star hotel in similar position
  • Prior work experience with “Opera” system is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint is essential
  • Solid understanding of Revenue Management and Market Analysis
  • Energetic & confident leadership style
