Distributor Development Manager

Main roles and responsibilities;

• Working with entire team to develop long-term vision in relation to its competitive market place to leads the development of business in support to plan goals.
• Establishing effective partnership relationships with Independent Distributors to maximize the sales productivity and success business.
• Supervise all kind of training administrations

Requirements;

• Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university have worked in a managerial level for the past 5 years and have experiences in leading a team of Training Officers/Trainers / Marketing Manager/Sales Manager.
• Experience at MLM Industry, preferably with Multinational Company
• Always want to strive for excellence, act professionally and deal with care
• Good in English both oral & written
