Geotechnical Engineer/ Samarinda

Vocational Training Manager/ Balikpapan

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Engineering (mechanical), Engineering (mining) preferred,
• Fluent in English ; good knowledge of MS Office ; knowledge of Indonesian and External Vocational Training Qualifications Frameworks,
• Able to develop competency based design and assessment; to execute the Company training vision with strong communication across all project site,
• At least 8 years working experience as a Leader in a Vocational Training and Development department, preferably in mining environment; currently should be in managerial level.
