We are a growing IT based company, currently seeking for a professional to fill the following position:

Head of Administration (CODE: HA)

Responsibilities:

• To supervise and monitor sales revenue, distribution and office management activities (ordering, delivering, invoicing) within company’s policies and procedures with the objective
• To ensure coordinated and effective cash and inventory management

Requirements:

• Female, at least 3 years of proven collection & administration experience in any industry
• High achiever person, result oriented, self discipline
• Has a good personality with strong communication & negotiation skills.
• High integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in team environment
• Specific skills: cash, tax, accounting, collection management
