- Self confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions (1)
- Display leadership qualities and behaviors (1)
- Possess strong bias for actions and a keen sense of urgency (1)
- Result oriented, aggressive and able to work independently (2)
- Strong relationship-building and networking (2)
