Our client, Trading Company in West Jakarta, is seeking for high motivated and qualified professional to be positioned as:

HRD Manager (HCI-HRM)

Responsibilities:
* Providing full spectrum of HR services, including developing HR systems and processes, identifying and implementing training courses to improve the workforce performance in the retail outlets and corporate office

Requirements:
* He/she must be an experienced professional in training, payroll, general HR and office services functions
* Hold S1/S2 degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology/Law
* At least 5 years experience in similar capacity
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Understand labor law & industrial relation
