JAKARTA-BASED ICT ASSISTANT

RTI International is currently implementing the USAID-funded Decentralized Basic Education (DBE1) Project. The project aims to strengthen education management and governance capacity at the district and school level.

RTI International seeks to hire full-time ICT Assistant to he based in Jakarta

Some of key responsibilities:

• Maintain network infrastructure and Maintain Wide Area Network connectivity (internet connection and services, device configuration and maintenance) in the National office
• Perform IT Support
• Ensure software installed is maintained and patched
• Ensure Anti Virus is installed and always up to date:
• Ensure backup is properly maintained
• Ensure compliance with organization Information Security Policies, procedure and standards

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in installing/supporting/maintaining a wide range of IT infrastructure system (Windows Servers, Windows PCs, Backups, Printers, Scanners, Voice, Recorders, etc in multiple locations
3. PC & Server support experience
4. Experience of basic knowledge of MS Office 2003/2007, Win XP Pro/Win Vista Business and McAfee anti virus
5. Good work ethic and strong desire to complete tasks in a timely manner as directed
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
7. Proficient in English
8. Work well independently and in a team environment
