The purpose of this role is to deliver statements of work (SOWs) for the build-out of the business process inventory in Indonesia. We are seeking an individual who swears by quality and is known for maintaining high business standards to meet the demands of this responsible role.

As Project Analyst, you will take on the responsibility of completing activities in the scope of each SOW. You will be expected to work closely with subject matter experts and users in the respective business units and operations worked within to ensure completion of SOW activities to the required standard & quality, on time, and within budget. Apart from ensuring quality and standards, you will be responsible for the completion of process work breakdown structure (WBS) activities in value deriving and documentation areas. Additionally you will ensure completion of process WBS activities in documentation in relation to compliance, operating risk and operations and management on the business process maturity model.
Qualifications

Though we seek an experienced analyst, we would also like to meet with fresh graduates with a background in finance, business management and industrial engineering. Excellent English communication skills both oral and written with a proven ability to collaboratively work with business customers add value to your application for this post. Strong customer relationship focus coupled with an expertise in conducting workshops will be advantageous.
