PT BERCA HARDAYAPERKASA is looking for 14 Junior Sales (trainees) for IT Products (hardware, software & services). It is a promising IT job as our core business people, with career priority for promotion like in a management trainee program.

Essential Function:
During the training and development program (approximately 3 months), you will learn about technologies, products and services beside salesmanship, personality and motivation. The program will be provided in a classroom and e-learning session. At the end of this program, you will become a Business Representative with knowledge, skill and attitude in ICT market.

Required Knowledge and skill:

• Fresh graduate (max. 1 year experience)
• Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication, or related
• Having basic knowledge in IT (H/W and S/W)
• Interest to sales field
• Hard worker, Fast learner and ready to work under pressure
• Ready to follow as ‘Employment Bond’
