Management Trainee
Job Description:
Preparing successor in order to anticipate company’s growth and development. Creating leaders to fill in the managerial positions in Sales Division, Operations Division and IT Division.
Requirements:
- Male or female
- University graduates (Bachelor / Master) in Engineering or Computer Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Apothecary profession and medical science.
- Fresh graduates (GPA min. 3,0) or more than 2 years experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and general management and able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Possess a flexible approach both from a work and decision-making perspective.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in our branches nationwide.
