CAREER CHALLENGE IN HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY

We are an in-vitro diagnostics company seeking qualified personnel to join us in producing and delivering high quality IVD for local and international markets. Due to our production facility expansion to MM2 100 Cibitung, industrial Town, we Invite professionals to hit the following positions.

A. MARKETING MANAGER (MM)
The job objective Is to lead Marketing Department to achieve company strategy objectives in IVD product revenues and profits maximizing, brand building, corporate image building, collaboration relationship, customer relationship, and solid Internal organization.

B. PRODUCT SPECIALIST (PSP)
The job objectives are to define specific IVD products strategy recommendations to meet company strategy objectives and prepare promotion materials for promotion team.

C. PROMOTION EXECUTIVE (PE)
The job objective is to Identify and fully exploit IVD product sales opportunities within key market area. The Promotion Executive will need to achieve the monthly and annual sales and profitability targets. The person will represent the company brand in market and help us assume a key leadership role.

D. CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF
E. QUALITY INSPECTION STAFF
F. TAX OFFICER
G. PRODUCTION MANAGER
H. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

General Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree (A/B/G) and D3 Degree (C/D/E/H) in engineering, science, management, medical doctor, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum D3 Perpajakan dengan Brevet A&B (F)
• Male/Female maximum 35 years old (B/C/H) and maximum 30 years old (D/E/F)
• 3+ years of experience on marketing and sales position (A/B)
• 2+ years of experience in a job in the in-vitro diagnostics or healthcare market (A/8), 2+ years of experience in healthcare production position (G/H), and 2+ years of experience in tax position (F)
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products (A/B)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Indonesian (A/B/C/G)
• Must be able to travel frequently (A/B/C)
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past (8)
• Computer literate Microsoft Office, CRM System (A/B/C/D) and ERP System (G/H) is preferred
