JOB VACANCY
PT. Gracemount Pesut Jaya is a Coal Mining Contractor operating in Batu Kajang, East Kalimantan.

The company has vacant positions for:

1. Mining Engineering Superintendent

• Strong knowledge and has successful experience in various mine planning, project planning, scheduling, management of open cut mines,
• Be able to review short term quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements,
• Be able to ensure that mine and production plans reflect production requirements and logical progression,
• Familiar with forecasting, planning and monitoring production process related to mining activities,
• Be able to construct geological models & pit designs,
• Strong communication skill about all significant issues relating to operations, environmental, management or safety.

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Mining Engineer from reputable University,
• Minimum 4 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining Company,
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and have good knowledge of software mining programs especially MINCOM Software,
• Initiative, planning & organizing skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client focus and be result driven,
• Willing to work in remote Area,
• Ability to write and speak English.

2. Mining supervisors
Reporting to mining Superintendent, this position will lead, organize and provide direction for all foremen and crews of overburden in a safe, effective manner on time and within target budget; familiar with operational best practices in loading point, haul road, and dumping area; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization.

Applicants should have a minimum 3 (three) years professional experience in similar role in large open-pit coal mining operations; hold minimum “Pratama” operational certification is preferred; good ability in employee s supervision, resource planning, & HSE supervision; must have ability to operate computer and good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written.

3. Operator excavator 100 tonne or larger & Operator dump truck 20 tonne or larger

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal SLTA atau sederajat,
• Pria dan Wanita,
• Usia maksimal 35 tahun,
• Memiliki pengalaman di bidangnya,
• Memiliki SIM B II Umum yang masih berlaku,
• Pada saat wawancara, harus menunjukkan Pengalaman Kerja yang asli dari perusahaan sebelumnya.
