Job Location: Aceh

Aceh Society Development (ASD) Savings and Credit Cooperative, a microfinance programme with a focus on poor women in Bireuen, Pidie and Pidie Jaya Districts. Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam is opening several positions for Indonesian citizens for strengthening the programme.

OPERATIONAL MANAGER (Code: OM)

• Sarjana degree in financial management or economics
• Knowledge on Aceh community and ability to speak Acehnese will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience in management, preferably in banking or microfinance
• Ability to communicate well in Bahasa Indonesian and English ability to tram and motivate staff

2. FINANCE MANAGER (Code: FM)

• Sarjana degree in Accounting, post graduate qualification in accounting or an MBA is preferable
• At least three years relevant working experience with MFIs or Bank
• Experience with accounting data base/software
• Experience in budget control and treasury management

3. INTERNAL AUDITOR (Code: IA)

• Diploma degree in Accounting,
• At least two years working experience in accounting or internal audit
• Ability to speak Acehnese is an advantage
• Experience with accounting data base/software
• Willingness to traveling to branches
