We are a group of senior management consultants under Mitra Indonesia with wide and deep knowledge, experience and business networking among distinguished mining companies in Indonesia is looking for:

1. Long Term Planning Superintendent

• S1 in mining engineering
• Minimum 6 years exp as Long Term Planning Superintendent for coal mining
• Good communication in English is a must
• Will be placed in Balikpapan

2. Senior Resources Geologist

• S1 in geology engineering
• Minimum 5 years exp as Senior Resources Geologist
• Good communication in English is a must
• Will be placed in Balikpapan

3. Contract Manager

• S1 in Law / Engineering
• Minimum 5 years exp as Contract Manager in Engineering Company
• Identify & analyze a pool of clients / suppliers / vendors for company project consideration
• Intervenes, analyzes, manage and resolves business conflicts between the company and the clients / suppliers / vendors
• Good communication in English is a must
• Work location in Jakarta, must be willing to travel frequently

4. Vocational Training & Development Manager

• The ability to demonstrate consistent passion to execute the company training vision with strong communications across all project sites will be a major attribute needed to be successful in the role.
• Must have a minimum 6 years experience as a Leader in a Vocational Training and Development Department preferably in a Mining Environment
• The position will be a residential status position based in Balikpapan with extensive travel required to all project sites throughout Kalimantan

5. Security Superintendent

• Has more than 6 years experience as security in mining
• Ex. ABRI more advantage
• Good communication in English
• Will be placed in Satui

6. Chief Security

• Has more than 4 years experience as security in mining
• Ex. ABRI more advantage
• Good communication in English
• Will be placed in Kalimantan

7. Technical Training Superintendent

• S1 Degree in Engineering
• Having 5 years exp in heavy equipment maintenance, mining operation, and heavy equipment trainer
• Having good understanding of ISO 9000, 14001, and OHSAS 18001

8. Port Superintendent

• S1 degree in Marine/Industrial/Mining/Electrical Engineering
• 5 years experience in port operation
• Knowledge in transportation and shipment
• Having good understanding of process loading, stockpile management
• Certified in POM

9. Port Operation Dept. Head

• S1 degree in Marine/Industrial/Mining/Electrical Engineering
• 7 years exp in port operation
• Knowledge in transportation and operation
• Having good understanding of process loading, stockpile management
• Familiar in handling the flow coal/material balance stock yard
• Responsible in controlling and command subordinate at Port Stock yard, contact government, control loading, set up budget and control
• Certified in POM

10. Coal Hauling Superintendent

• S1 Degree in mining / civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years exp in coal hauling
