GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s Degree in Education (Principal) or Master’s Degree in Management (Head of Operations)
• 5 years experience as Principal of a High School (Principal) or 3 years experience in managerial sposition in school/dorm/building facility maintenance (Head of Operations)
• English competency both spoken and written
• Enjoys working in a multi cultural environment.
• Understanding of local culture is preferable
