Sanyen Oil & Gas Pte. Ltd. (SOGPL), Genting Oil Natuna Pte. Ltd. (GONPL) and Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. (GOKPL) are members of a diversified Group which is listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, Malaysia.
The Group through SOGPL, GONPL and GOKPL is involved in several Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) with BPMIGAS in Indonesia.

In view of our significant and growing business operations in Indonesia, we seek to hire a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following post based in our Jakarta Office

Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC phases of offshore heavy oil development project
• Review oil process and water treatment plan for heavy oil production
• Review EPSO design, mooring requirement and offloading configuration
• Design metocean, geotechnical survey program
• Assists Project Manager in regular project meeting and project progress reporting
• Ensure project is overall sound and optimally designed, engineered to appropriate standards and specifications
• Monitor contractor performance against its program, deliverables and milestones in line with progress measurement and reporting system

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience in oil and gas development project
• Familiar with FPSO development concept
• Familiar with oil development project in Indonesia
• Knowledge in heavy oil process is an added advantage
• Possess good analytical and engineering skills

Senior Drilling Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Designing oil well drilling and casing programs for horizontal wells
• Prepare budget estimate for drilling operations
• Monitoring and appraising the performance of cost control and progress measurement
• Designing and selecting drilling, wellhead and completion equipments for development wells
• Establishing and administering drilling and service contracts
• Liaising with drilling services contractor to ensure smooth operations
• Evaluate and select suitable rig for well drilling program
• Ensure company HSE policy is adhered loin drilling operations
• Carrying out full engineering analyses of rig site data, reacting to drilling Issues and preparing regular well reports

Requirements:

• 15 years experience in oil and gas drilling engineering
• Working knowledge in horizontal well design and drilling
• Knowledgeable on Offshore Drilling Procedures and Practices, Drilling Engineering and Well Control Operations
• Familiar with drilling operations in Indonesia

Project Controller

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall project cost, estimating, forecasting, progress management and change management
• Supporting Project Manager with ongoing project cost analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and Change Management
• Monitoring and appraising the performance of the contractors in the area of cost control and progress measurement
• Maintain regular contact with Finance and Procurement Departments in the organization

Requirements:

• 5 – 10 years experience in oil and gas development project
• Familiar with Indonesian oil and gas related regulations
• Familiar with Microsoft Project software
• Possess good analytical skill
