PT. Coal & Oil Indonesia is a part of the Coal & Oil Group, a leading player with interests in Coal Trading, Mining, Shipping, Logistics and Power Generation. To meet our expansion plans, we are now on the lookout for candidates to be employed as:

1) Senior Executive/ Manager – Operations

• Graduate having 5 to 10 years of working experience in Contract Finalization, Letter of Credits, Vessel Nominations, Monitoring Cargo Movements, Documentations, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Thermal Coal Export Industries is a must.

2) Cargo Quality Inspector

• Male Graduate with coal knowledge is a must.
• Will be required to visit mine areas and prepare a report, monitor vessel and barge for quality and quantity, assist vendor due diligence, identify new vendors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Thermal Coal Export Industries.

3) Receptionist

• Female Graduate with fluency in English and computer knowledge is a must.
• Should have a pleasant personality to answer telephone calls and receive visitors.
• Will be required to maintain data, process visa, tickets and hotel bookings.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role at front desk/ reception.
