Sales Management Trainee (SMT)

What is the program?
Sales Management Trainee is a 12-months graduate traineeship program, designed to provide the successful graduate trainees with necessary skills, trainings and coaching, related but not only limited to Sales Management in Fast Moving Consumer Business (FMCG).

What will I be doing?
Typically you will take on a number of small projects in keeping with your abilities. These projects and your overall responsibilities increase in complexity once you become familiar with the function and Kimberly-Clark’s processes.

What are the selection criteria?

• Successful applicants for the Sales Management Trainee program are bachelor degree (any subject) with minimum Cumulative GPA (IPK) of 3.0, preferable with strong experience of demonstrated leadership potential.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills are essential, together with the commitment and passion to pursue sales management career in one of the reputable multinational companies in Indonesia.
• After successful 12 months trainee ship program, willingness to be stationed across our main city branches in Indonesia is required
