- untuk AL lulusan S1/S2 kimia murni, pengalaman dibidangnya minimal 5 tahun, mampu membuat analisa labor (analisa jaringan kelapa sawit/pupuk/kualitas air), mampu mengatur kegiatan harian labor, serta mengelola aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan (pengolahan limbah yang berbahaya).
- untuk PT lulusan S1/S2 Agronomi/Pemuliaan tanaman, pengalaman 3-5 tahun bidang pemuliaan tanaman, memiliki minat dalam penelitian, menguasai komputer program (MS Excel, Power Point dan SPSS package
- untuk AO lulusan D3/S1 pertanian, pengalamannya di bidang minimal 5 tahun
- untuk GIS lulusan S1/S2 Geography/Survey/Pemetaan & IT, mengikuti perkembangan teknologi survey & pemetaan, mampu mengendalikan peralatan survey electronic, pengalaman dalam merancang dan mengendalikan departement dan proyek, ahli dalam softaware (ESRI ArcGIS Desktop / Server & ER Mapper), memiliki pengetahuan programming environment (MSSQL, MS Server, C#, Java)
