SECRETARY / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

With the following requirements

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with telephone, email enquiries and general correspondence, -Arranging travel and accommodation,
  • Keeping books, including bank accounts,
  • Delivery of weekly reporting and monthly budget updates,
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies,
  • Support to daily operations, including drivers planning.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from Secretarial Academy
  • Fair knowledge in accounting
  • High competence in English; confident in French
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years experience in the field of Secretarial / Accounting
  • Rigorous and able to meet deadline and priorities
  • Should be able to work both independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations
