Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company, seeking a suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:

Job Title :

Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Location : Head Office, South Jakarta
Position Code : FAT-MGR

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager in overseeing and managing the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting and Tax activities
• Manage monthly and annual closing of accounts and prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Handle all tax filing and liase with government agencies related to tax and audit compliance.
• Manage all audit requirements (related to accounting and taxation).
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and manage finance and accounting activities.
• Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policy.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and reports, cost control analysis, tax strategy, budget forecasts, and inventory control.
• Manage cash flow to maintain healthy financial condition.
• Manage financial budgets and analyze financial results compared to the budget.
• Manage relationship with tax auditors, local finance offices, and other internal/ external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax with at least 3 years in managerial role, including experience in the mining industry.
• Proficient in cost accounting, negotiations with local tax offices, and using accounting system.
• Hard working, able to work under pressure, good leadership skills, and attention to detail
