BANCASSURANCE SALES MANAGER
(for Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Medan, South Sumatra, and Makassar)

Trainings: comprehensive product, sales force management and professional skills development trainings.
Remuneration: base salary plus health benefits and attractive bonuses of around 100% of base salary for meet sales targets in your area. Min. 5 years experience in financial services sales, preferably in bancassurance, including minimum 2 years experience in hands-on life insurance sales. High sales driven, aggressive and driven to excel in sales.
BANCASSURANCE TRAINER (MANAGER)
Produce and implement a training and on-going development curriculum to ensure that sales staffs are well trained, motivated and appropriately registered, able to successfully work in their roles and reach their targets.
Min. 3 years of experience in insurance sales, marketing or training. Relevant experience in training or managing a sales team and with a competent track record in producing sales will be an advantage. Good knowledge of life insurance theory, products, and retail banking environment.
