Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 (six) years progressive responsibility in results driven marketing sales environment, with a minimum of 3 (three) years responsibility in senior management level. Individuals with promotions based experience will have an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Call Centre Operations
  • Passionate about achieving results
  • Proactive, with excellent communication skills, professionalism and respect, including fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Able to work hard in high pressure environment and flexible with working hours
