PT PGN LNG Indonesia (PGN LNG) merupakan anak perusahaan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk yang didirikan pada bulan Juni 2012 dengan tujuan mengembangkan usaha gas alam cair termasuk pencairan gas alam, penyimpanan dan pengapalan LNG, dan regasifikasi ke gas alam untuk mendukung bisnis utama PGN di bidang transportasi dan distribusi gas ke para pelanggan. Lokasi PGN LNG berada di wilayah Jakarta Selatan.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT OFFICER

  • Menyusun dan melaksanakan kebijakan remunerasi
  • Mengelola dan mengontrol pelaksanaan sistem dan prosedur remunerasi, termasuk pembayaran kepada pihak ketiga
  • Memastikan penerapan remunerasi sudah sesuai dengan aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku
  • Mengelola dan mengontrol pembayaran fasilitas dan tunjangan bagi pekerja
  • Menyusun dan melaksanakan perhitungan pajak penghasilan pekerja
  • Menyusun dan melaksanakan pembayaran/setoran kepada pihak ketiga seperti Jamsostek, Dana Pensiun dan Asuransi Kesehatan
  • Mengelola kegiatan hubungan industrial seperti penyiapan peraturan perusahaan, penyusunan dan penerapan tindakan disiplin
  • Menyiapkan dan menganalisa anggaran biaya pekerja
  • Mengadministrasikan data-data pekerja yang terkait dengan remunerasi
  • Mengelola aktivitas evaluasi jabatan
  • Mengelola kegiatan survei gaji

KUALIFIKASI:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan jurusan Ekonomi
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang remunerasi
  • Pengalaman di perusahaan oil and gas
  • Usia maksimal 28 tahun
  • Teliti dan pekerja keras
