GM OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- He/she has to lead, direct and control all business development activities to meet the organization’s short and long term business objectives.
- Has the ability to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities.
- Minimum 7 years experience in real estate or lease management of I property, restaurants, retail banking or other similar capacity.
- Aged 35 – 45 years old.
GM OF MARKETING
- Qualified management candidates will be a hands-on charismatic leader, not afraid to one day be making an espresso to the neat day presenting a strategic vision to the shareholders.
- He/she will oversee marketing promotions, local store marketing, brand research, (community activities, communications, CSR, category and food.
- Minimum 7 years experience in a multi-outlet retail business or hospitality services.
- Proven planning and analytical skills
GM OF SUPPLY CHAINS
- She/he will develop and enhance planning processes and procedures. Makes continuous improvements in costs, lead times and inventory strategies.
- Champions ideas and opportunities for cost reduction and review actions by a crass-functional group of stakeholders.
- Leads effort to reduce costs, increase efficiency and sustain company growth. Works with category and key customers to develop supply chain strategies that support company objectives.
- Minimum 7 years experience in inventory planning in a manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution environment.
COMMUNICATIONS/ CSR MANAGER
- She/he will manage and enhance the reputation of the brand through proactive media relations and coverage in publications and non-traditional media outlets Executes programs to aid external stakeholders’ understanding of Starbucks, coffee and CSR, “Good coffee/Good company” and corporate message.
LOCAL STORE MARKETING MANAGER
- This position will support the marketing activities (out or store focus) including new store openings, customer connections and acquisition, sampling and events. Also administers the local website.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
- He/she will contribute the Company success by acting as a strategic business partner and ensuring the efficient delivery of a full spectrum of HR products and services for employees.
- Manage the staffing process, including sourcing, selection and retention.
- Consult on all employee relations issues and to ensure the compliance of labor laws.
- He/she will responsible for producing outstanding store designs, meeting cost, schedule and operational requirements by working with a cross functional team.
- Minimum 5 years in retail, hospitality or restaurant design or development organization including management of construction documents
- To manage outside architectural, MEP and other design consultants.
EQUIPMENT SERVICE MANAGERS
- This position contributes to the Company’s success by strategically leading equipment management programs, analyzing facility operating systems and implementing maintenance program to support efficient, high quality delivery to the customer.
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, equipment design and development, equipment manufacturing, project management in a cross functional environment and has electrical, plumbing and mechanical knowledge.
- This position is critical with responsibilities for the efficient and profitable operations of eight to ten stores / restaurants.
- Ensuring efficient and timely rollouts of systems, procedures and programs from the support center.
