Requirements:
- Male, 32 – 37 years
- Minimum S1 Industrial Engineering / Management from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
- Should posses successful track record in handling overall General HR function: HR Strategic & Planning, Selection & Recruitment, Organization Development, Training & Development, Performance Management, Personnel and Employee Relation
- Strong analytical and managerial skills
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Having vision to develop organization, people and process excellence
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
