HR Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, training, welfare administration, and performance management
• Involve in review of HR policies and procedures, and employee communications to ensure relevance and SOX compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in English Language Program
• At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, Indonesia labor law and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
• Proficient in MS office application.
• Willing to travel.

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Assisting F & A Manager in ensuring financial books are closed on timely basis every month.
• Assisting F & A Manager in preparation of financial reporting including analysis of the accounts.
• Other assignment and/or ad hoc project from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in similar position.
• Familiar with SAP and full set of account.

Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
To assist model shop planning, to follow up material readiness for new model sample making, to track model making schedule for sample preparation, to support concerning model shop related activities.

Requirement:

• Male/Female.
• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
• Able to communicate in English
• Have knowledge of MRP system preferably SAP.
• Good in problem solving and able to work as a team.

Product Engineer

Responsibilities:
To support new product introduction during design state, product failure analysis, to support test engineering during pilot run or mass production, product with specification, line fall out which production unable to handle, to communicate with design or product issue.

Requirement:

• Male/Female.
• Age 22 years old and above.
• Minimum 2 years experience in RF product.
• Diploma/ Degree in electronic engineering.
• Understanding on OHSAS 18001 will be an advantage.
• Good in problem solving and able to work as a team.
