  • 3-7 years work experience In blue chip Indonesian companies and MNCs, displaying good career progression
  • Strong execution focus and proven ability to get things done
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong drive and leadership
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Knowledge of Production System/Lean/6 Sigma/etc would be an advantage

    I am interesting to join your coy to have the task the help client improve their performance, there a lot of opportunities to do in my country, Indonesia. I used to work in state and private companies , my last position was general manager in paper mill. I frequently faced problem related to the lack of awareness of most of employee in most of level according to the importance of make a standard operational procedure. Every group shift leader have a different perseption regarding to the operational problem and top management didn’t consider that was a serious and let that situastion still going on, and the real impact is the low operational effeciency, long time machine breakdown, low product quality standar. I considered that the the procedure of TQC should be implemented,
