We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join us for the position as:
IT Technical Support
Requirements:
- D3 or S1 degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 2 years experience.
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
- Experienced skill on network management (LAN, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, Security Proxy – firewall policies & concepts, Anti Virus etc).
- Excellent network and PC, Server, Workstation, Router environment, troubleshooting / configuring.
- Mastering the process of storage back-up and recovery.
- Experienced in Windows / Linux Server (MySQL, Mail Server etc), and also understand in hardware.
- Experienced with technical requirement for several internet connectivity solutions.
- Hardworking, pro-active, strong personality, honest, fast learner, responsibility on job, highly motivated and able to work independently or team work.
- Able to communicate well with the user and team work.
- Owned driving license C and motor-cycle is preferred.
