We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join us for the position as:

IT Technical Support

Requirements:

• D3 or S1 degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 2 years experience.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Experienced skill on network management (LAN, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, Security Proxy – firewall policies & concepts, Anti Virus etc).
• Excellent network and PC, Server, Workstation, Router environment, troubleshooting / configuring.
• Mastering the process of storage back-up and recovery.
• Experienced in Windows / Linux Server (MySQL, Mail Server etc), and also understand in hardware.
• Experienced with technical requirement for several internet connectivity solutions.
• Hardworking, pro-active, strong personality, honest, fast learner, responsibility on job, highly motivated and able to work independently or team work.
• Able to communicate well with the user and team work.
• Owned driving license C and motor-cycle is preferred.
