SITE MANAGER FOR COAL AND MINERAL MINING

Responsibilities:
The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc).
  • A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
  • Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
  • Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
  • Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
  • Willing to be located at Kalimantan area or Obi island, South Halmahera.

HEAVY EQUIPMENTS & DUMPTRUCKS MAINTENANCE HEAD

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce on budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates.
  • Conducts and attend weekly communications meeting as required.
  • To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
  • Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
  • Recognized mechanical engineering qualifications.
  • Minimum 6 years industrial experience in coal and mineral mining operation.
  • Good communications skills written-verbal, Computer literacy.
  • Ready worked in remote area.

MINING PRODUCTION HEAD

Responsibilities:

  • Technical and mine planning support to coal & mineral mining operation project.
  • Monitor equipment performance.
  • Develop and maintain cost control reporting system.
  • Provide back up to the site based personnel.
  • Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning.

Requirements:

  • Recognized mining engineering qualifications.
  • Minimum 4 years practical in coal & mineral mining operation project.
  • A working knowledge of Surpac and Minescape mine planning software.
  • Good communication skills, written – verbal.
  • Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
  • Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented.
  • Knowledge of heavy Equipment is preferable.
  • Ready worked in remote area.

HSE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
  • Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
  • Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
  • Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
  • Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
  • Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
  • Certified AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.
  • Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able working under pressure.
  • Able working without supervision.
  • Ready worked in remote area.

SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

  • Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore reconciliation.
  • Understand topographical surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore mining.
  • Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
  • Preparation of plan from field survey.
  • Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:

  • Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
  • Having minimum within 2 years experience in coal & mineral mining.
  • Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
  • Ready worked in remote area.

MINE ENGINEER HEAD

Responsibilities:

  • To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.
  • To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
  • To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
  • To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
  • To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
  • Minimum 7 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
  • Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
  • Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
  • Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
  • Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
  • Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

MINING FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

  • To co-ordinate and supervise all activities technical in coal and mineral operation project with a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
  • Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
  • Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:

  • Senior High school.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in coal and mineral operation project.
  • Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
  • Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.
  • Ready worked in remote area.

HRD & GA HEAD

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HRD&GA daily activities.
  • To ensure the implementation of system, policy and procedures throughout the company.
  • To manage recruitment and staffing process.
  • To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, people motivation, discipline, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures).
  • To manage general HRD administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices.
  • Control & Monitoring daily manpower time sheet as at project site.
  • Check & Monitoring of the Employee Salary & Overtime calculation.
  • Check & Monitoring Jamsostek & Health Insurance.
  • Check, Control & Monitoring the Employee Roster Leave.
  • To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization.
  • Control & Supervisory Camp Boss, and Camp Crew activities at the site.
  • Government Relation & Community Development.
  • Process Business Liaison Permit from the local authority.
  • Supervisory, Control and monitoring Security Member activity.
  • Supervisory, Control and Monitoring Transport activity.
  • Appropriate monitoring/coordination services, planning and implementation, development, execution, policies initiation and approval of corrective actions, including regulatory agencies representatives, decisions making, changes incorporation when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 45 years old.
  • Having minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology/ Law/ or Human Resources Management.
  • Having at least 5 years of experience in related field in the same capacity.
  • Knowledge & understanding of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulation, Industrial Relation, and it s implementation.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skill, build relationship, and excellent communication in English (verbal & written).
  • Analytical thinking, strategic concept planning, and effective leadership, with high degree of integrity and responsibility.
  • Result oriented, Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and committed to finish the task.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to be station at remote area and ready to travel to all sites time to time when required.

 

GM FINANCE

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare detailed audit report.
  • Familiar in the theory and practice of tax audits.
  • To collect and analyze the data to find out if there is any fraud, violation of laws, regulations and management policies, duplication, etc.
  • To inspect the account books of a company for analyzing the transactions and efficiency of the accounting procedures.
  • Know the accounting system.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in GM Finance.
  • Public accounting experience at the officer for 5 years.
  • Having licensed accountant.
  • Having certificate Brevet A & B.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Fluent in oral & written English.
  • Computer Literate in using Ms Office, Internet.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently as well as team.

MANAGER TAXATION

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare detailed audit report.
  • To review accounts of taxpayers and also conduct on-site audits.
  • Evaluate the finances of a taxpayer to find out tax liability.
  • To collect and analyze the data to find out if there is any fraud, violation of laws, regulations and management policies, duplication, etc.
  • To inspect the account books of a company for analyzing the transactions and efficiency of the accounting procedures.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting / Taxation.
  • Minimum 6 years experiences in taxation.
  • Having certificate Brevet A & B.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Fluent in oral & written English.
  • Computer Literate in using Ms Office, Internet.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently as well as team.
