Management Trainee Program, Supervisor in Procurement (SP) – Jakarta (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

• To purchase component of Raw & Packaging Material and manage subcontractor manufacturing, including negotiation, Supplier Management, also supporting Sourcing & Procurement Manager in Managing the Portfolio.
• To find appropriate suppliers, negotiate price, maintain relationship and communication with business partner.
• To maintain Purchasing Info Record (PIR), Source List (SIL) and Quota Arrangement, update unit price in PO Production (In SAP).

Requirements:

• University degree in any fields.
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experience in the similar job or responsibility.
• English proficient.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge in SAP, ISO 9001:2008 (Implementation and Documentation), also Procurement Management would be an advantage.
• Good analysis and negotiation skill.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
