Operation Manager / General Manager (Jakarta)
Responsibilities
- Responsible to whole site operation
- Monitor & evaluate the achievement of production and implementation of site business strategy and policy
- Set up budget and evaluate the achievement and utilization periodically
- Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news
- Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner
- Understand and able to handle all the entire maintenance activity
Requirements
- Male, minimum 5 (five) years experience in coal mining industry
- Bachelor degree (S1) from faculty of Mining Engineer/ Geology or related to the position
- Create Good Mining Practice
- Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Good leadership and managerial skills to subordinates, tactful to communicate with people in all levels
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
