ANZ, Indonesia has an immediate opening for a Professional Receptionist. The role designate will handle all incoming telephone calls and manage walk-ins and visitors including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. You will ensure sign-in and security procedures when necessary. Additionally, you will assist other Banking staff, including executive assistants, taking on administrative duties when the need arises, ensuring all processes are completed on time and are in line with Bank policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be customer focused with a minimum of 2-4 years experience as senior receptionist preferably at consulting firms or the hospitality industry. You will also be computer literate, possessing the ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellence in service makes you the perfect candidate for this post. A secretarial diploma (D III) or other tertiary education will be advantageous.
