Product Marketing Senior Manager
Responsible to develop and enhance products, do the market analysis, develop related marketing needs and collateral and liaise closely with distribution channels. A bachelor degree from Marketing and related with minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, Product Development, Marketing Communication and Market Research. Exposure in the financial services sector is preferred ideally in insurance. Conceptually strong and understanding on how the market function to support the business is a must.
Bancassurance Relationship Manager (Jakarta & Surabaya)
Responsible to maintain excellent relationship to customer, and provide fullest support to bank seller. You should have at least I year experience in a Business Development role in Bancassurance sales, possess strong communication and presentation skills a well as a self starter.
Distribution Channel Training Manager
To support all distributions channels in terms of Training & Development to the field force and to manage Trainers in achieving the business objective. A bachelor degree and have minimum 6 years experience in similar position, advance in training skill and good evaluation skill. Strong in Leadership, communication and goal achiever. Certification from Insurance institutions is prerequisite.
Agency Support Manager
Manages and coordinates all aspects of the agency administration framework, agency office maintenance, agency communication & promotion and compensation disbursement function. A bachelor degree in any major and have at least 5 years working experience in agency administration & compensation in Life Insurance Company. Good knowledge of insurance product will be an advantage.
Underwriter (Medical & Non Medical)
Responsible to do risk selection for new business applications and recommend a decision according to company guidelines. A bachelor degree in Insurance / Medical Education / Mathematics with minimum 3 years experience in Underwriting Individual or Group Insurance. Good communication skill, analytical abilities and firm decision making.
Actuarial Executive
Responsible to assist in pricing calculation and product development. A bachelor degree in Actuarial / Mathematics / Statistics and have minimum 2 years experience in similar position. Certification of Associate level of the society of actuaries of Indonesia (PAI) is preferable.
Business Analyst
Responsible to identify needs and deliver IT solutions. A bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information System and have minimum 2 years experience in similar position preferably from Life Insurance Company. Strong analytical and communication skill, act as a liaison between departments and IT Team.
Project Management Executive
Responsible to support medium-to-large scale on IT projects, define planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. A bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Finance/Information System and have minimum 2 years experience in Project Management.
Call Center Executive
Responsible to receive and follow up inquiries from customers, and maintain the best of corporate image of the company. You should have at least 2 years experience as call center in Services Company. You should have strong communication skill and proficient in Telephone handling.
Premium Collection Executive
Responsible for performing daily activities of Collection Department Min D3 degree any major, accurate and detailed is a must, good knowledge in excel. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
