Admin Assistants (Accounts & HR)

Responsibilities:

Accounts:

  • Accounts Receivables billings
  • Process receipts and update cash book
  • Attend to inquiries from clients
  • Follow up on outstanding bills
  • Update invoice records in spreadsheets
  • All other administrative and ad-hoc matters relating to AR cycle

Human Resources:

  • Assist in day to day personnel matters
  • Manage, update and safe keeping of HR records
  • Administer HR SOPs
  • Brief/train new line managers on HR SOPs

Requirements:

  • Certificate/ Diploma in Accountancy, Business Admin or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Responsible, reliable, meticulous and independent
  • Able to communicate in English
