• Provide data for analysis

Officer

• Receive orders from Superior or Specialist
• Develop work plan
• Prepare documentation and correspondence for internal and external use
• Lead contract employees such as security, drivers, agencies and OB
• Deal with external parties including government, vendors
• Prepare report and analysis
• Conduct quality assurance
• Develop recommendation for improvement

Data Entry

• Input data into the system
• Validate data
• Conduct quality assurance
• Prepare report
• Update any change

Specialist

• Set up KPI
• Develop work plan and ensure budget availability
• Perform job as per KPI with direct impact to department performance
• Source data to support decision making process
• Conduct plan and analysis
• Conduct quality assurance
• Provide feedback to internal customers
• Provide weekly report to coordinator
• Develop recommendation for improvement

Personnel Relation Officer

• Female
• Maximum 23 years old
• Good looking & Single
• Excellent on Windows Application
• Fluent in English is a must
