PT. Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources.

G-Resources is currently developing the Martabe Gold Mine in Northern Sumatra. The mine and processing plant are nearing the end of construction with the plant currently being commissioned. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3m ounces of silver annually

Mechanical Trades – Boilermaker/Trainer (PRO 0766) x 2

This position will be based at Martabe site with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to Mechanical Supervisor.

This position would be responsible to provide “hands-on” support for the Mechanical Supervisors, so as to ensure that the maintenance, modifications, servicing and installation activities carried out by the Mechanical maintenance team are performed in a professional, safe, diligent, timely, cost efficient and cost effective manner, whilst taking into consideration the priority requirements of the Process Plants and associated infrastructures Mechanical plant, equipment & apparatus being attended to.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  1. Graduated from Polytechnic / Technical training institute or approved Apprenticeship with Mechanical (Welding/ Boilermaker) qualifications.
  2. Must have the ability to perform basic mechanical tasks.
  3. Minimum 3 years relevant mineral processing plant experience with Crushing, Grinding equipment demonstrating good knowledge of mechanical installation/ alignment procedures.
  4. Must have a reasonable understanding of the English language and be able to communicate both written and spoken.
  5. Must be able to complete PM”s accurately and ensure they are returned to the Planning Department
  6. Must be able to report defects to their Supervisor in a timely manner to ensure appropriate action is taken.
  7. Possess a valid recognized Driver license
  8. Broad based comprehensive experience with Mechanical maintenance, problem-solving and inspection processes. Experience with commissioning Gold Plant Processing equipment preferred not essential)
  9. Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry and the ability to write JSEA”s for their tasks incorporating risk management.
  10. Must be able to interpret mechanical engineering drawings and communicate to others.
  11. Ability to follow “Safe Working Procedures” and assist in development.
  12. Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
  13. Superior work ethic, be able to effectively communicate with all staff and display a high degree of respect for the local people and their culture

Crane Driver/Trainer (PRO 0767) x 3

This position will be based in Martabe Project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Material Handling Leading Hand.

Role of this position is responsible to provide “hands-on” support for the Material Handling Leading Hand, so as to ensure that all lifting and transport activities carried out by the Material Handling team are performed in a professional, safe, diligent, timely, cost efficient and cost effective manner, whilst taking into consideration the priority requirements of the Process Plant and associated infrastructures mechanical plant, equipment & apparatus being attended to.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  1. Possess approved Crane Operating & Rigging qualifications.
  2. Possess a valid recognized HE Drivers licence.
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions within the mining, oil & gas or similar heavy industrial environment.
  4. A good understanding of world class mining standards and associated safety standards
  5. Thorough knowledge with developing and approving lift plans to suit specific mobile cranes up to 160t capacity.
  6. Interpretation of mobile crane operating & maintenance manuals.
  7. Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry.
  8. Thorough knowledge of safe lifting techniques.
  9. Ability to perform routine inspections & maintenance on lifting apparatus. Eg. Chains, sling, shackles, spreaders, hooks, blocks, clamps, tie-downs, lever hoists, chain-blocks.,
  10. Thorough knowledge of acceptable lifting devices, apparatus & attachments.
  11. Ability to understand and efficiently carry out written and oral instructions.
  12. Ability to demonstrate “Safe Working Procedures” to subordinates.
  13. Ability to estimate the amounts of labour, materials, and equipment required for tasks / projects.
  14. Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  15. Reasonable English language verbal & written communication skills
  16. Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.

Community Development Manager (CR 0770)

This position will be based in Martabe project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Senior Manager Community Relations and Development.

The role of this position will responsible to manage activities of organization, to coordinate functions of various community development programs and community services, included plan, schedule and carry out economic development program activities, community health and education program. Monitoring and evaluation of all programs.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economic, Social, Communication or any related discipline
  • Preferably Master Degree
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Community Development or Community Relation
  • High level of knowledge in all areas of Community Development
  • Understanding of the principle, practices and issues of Sustainability Development Program included Local Business Development, Village Based Development, and Community Services
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential along with excellent
  • Preferably experience in Mining Company
  • An understanding of the principles and practices of Sustainability Reporting would be desirable
