Our client is one of the leading International producers of polymers and high-performance plastics in Indonesia and to strengthen the team, they are now seeking a suitable candidate for the position of:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Key responsibilities:

• Order entry in SAP system, maintain and update orders in system Follow up orders and shipping dots, claim and complain of customers, customer’s rebate
• Follow up payment of customers, preparing forecast and data for monthly report
• Contact Management
• Offer Management
• Monitor and follow up the service performance

Qualifications:

• Female, maximum 35 years old
• S1 graduated from reputable university
• Computer literate, specially for MS Office (Familiar with SAPIR3 is advantage)
• Able to communicate in English both oral & written
• Good in document control & filling system
• Good communication skill, must be able to communicate effectively across function i.e with marketing operation and logistic Team player, well developed interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, self motivated, accurate
• Creative thinker willing to challenge the status quo in search of team improvement
