Customer Service Associate I – (based in Jakarta – Indonesia)

Key responsibilities;
Responds to inquiries about the company’s products or services. Uses computer system to track calls, enter and track status of orders. May promote and sell the company’s products or services. May investigate and resolve complaints. May respond to inquiries requiring a written response. May maintain records of returns schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service job functions
  • Diploma in relevant field.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office)
  • English language proficiency in fluent speaking and writing skills
  • Pleasant personality & good interpersonal skills
  • Team player
