With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resource that will be located in Sangatta Mine Project, East Kalimantan as an Expeditor.
Reporting to the Purchasing Supervisor, you will supervise of day to day purchasing and expediting activities at Melawan and Thiess warehouse; manage and supervise all subordinate daily job in purchasing section; make sure unit down (P1/P2) outstanding orders must be on high priority; prepare, reporting daily expeditor report and distribute it to Plant, Mining and Project; follow up, pro active and clear up outstanding orders to central expediting or site suppliers; follow up status overdue orders, ask user for cancelling order of items that not required/necessary anymore; always coordinate with Central Balikpapan and Jakarta expeditor/logistic for transportation made for delivery materials and to get the latest status (up date status) of outstanding; control and monitoring TCI Routable Component stock; always coordinate and make good communications with Purchasing Clerk on site for each order raising (P1/P2 Order); assist Purchasing Supervisor for provide actual estimation for date fix for each outstanding order materials and openly communications for daily basis; house keeping need to be implemented on daily basis; expediting all open order and outstanding to suppliers (spare parts, PEX/Reman, and General Purchasing) in order to on time supplied; establish expediting report (open order and outstanding OP, NCR, Cancel OP notify to Buyer, OTD, MOM Suppliers and Balikpapan/Jakarta Expeditors; actively contribute to positive teamwork environment at all times.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma III, with minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing position. The candidate should have high responsibility; motivated; proactive; discipline; honest; good communication skill preferred in English; good computer skills; work quickly and accurately; planned and target oriented; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
