Microfinance Innovation Center for Resources & Alternatives, a local foundation founded by Mercy Corps with the purpose of building the institutional in microfinance sector (Lembaga Keuangan Mikro) is looking for Indonesian citizens to join us. The positions are full contracts based in Jakarta (JKT), Yogyakarta (YOG), Surabaya (SBY), and Denpasar (DES) with the following requirements:

Financial Analyst (FA)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in accounting, economics, finance or related field
• 1 to 3 years experience in operation, finance or accounting with financial institution, audit company or other institution related (preferably Bank, wholesale financial institution, or BPR)
• Preferably has experience in linkage program for BPR
• Fresh Graduates majoring in accounting or banking with GPA above 2,75 are welcome
• Strong computer skills In Excel and Word
• Good English and communication skills
• Good analytical and venting skills
• Works    under pressure, on tight deadlines, and is a team player
• High level of traveling is required

Senior Financial Analyst (SFA)

• Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in accounting, business, economics, finance or related field
• At least 6 years experience in operation, finance or accounting with financial institution, audit company or other institution related (preferably Bank, wholesale financial institution, or BPR)
• Preferably has experience in linkage program for BPR
• Strong computer skills in Excel and Word
• Good English and communication skills
• Very strong analytical & writing skills
• Works well under pressure, on fight deadlines, and is a team player
• High level of traveling is required

Microfinance Training Experts (Code: MTE) – Jakarta Based

• Minimum S1 in finance, or banking;
• At least four years experience for senior trainer and two years experience in banking or microfinance or financial institutions, as a practitioners or trainers
• Strong computer skills
• Significant practical work experience in banking, microfinance or other financial services is preferable
• Strong English language skills and proven ability in writing consultant report.
