General Manager
Consumer Baby & Children Division

Reporting to the director, the General Manager is responsible for expanding current operation and improving overall Manor Business. The GM is directly authorized to implement policies to maximize revenues and profitability of consumer business.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implements general business strategy to improve overall business parameters of consumer division
• Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) in order to achieve the Net Profit as stated in the company.
• Accelerating organic growth with existing customers and developed new revenue streams by maximizing distribution and positioning products in nearly every mainstream retail distribution channel.
• Managing Sales Management and Brand Management team in achieving Sales Objectives.
• Creating effective Above-the-lines and Below-the-lines activities.
• Ensuring successful launch new products

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• The ambassadorial skills to manage the external environment and enhance the reputation of the company
• Candidates must have strong leadership qualifies and be able to get excellent performance from their staff
• The ability to hire and develop great talent
• The leadership skills in terms of setting a vision for the business, gaining alignment and maintaining morale and team spirit.
• Excellence in execution of ATL & BTL activities local P&L management, cost control, driving for business results.
• The ability to drive marketing activation thr6ugh superior consumer insight and market survey
• The self-awareness, integrity and coaching skills to model the values of the company.
• A sufficient understanding of legal and corporate governance matters
• Awareness of Industrial Relations issues and employee affairs generally.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Candidates should have 20 years of experience out of which at least 5 years as senior level, specifically in FMCG industry.
• Candidates must be dedicated, loyal, and flexible and show strong sense of integrity
• Male, in good health, age between 40-50 years old
