1. HSE & INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Requirement:

  • Female, age max 28 years old of age.
  • Minimum Diploma III
  • Minimum 1 years industrial experience in HSE in Mining, Bulking stations/terminal, or Oil & Gas industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate records of incident/accident investigations and all legally required records are stored both hard and soft copy.
  • Ensure all documents are loaded into the Online Document Control Program.
  • Ensure all vessel insurance related documents and communications are up to date and filed accordingly.
  • General administration duties.

2. HR ADMINISTRATOR

Requirement:

  • Female, age maximal 25 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor in Management (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).

Role & Responsibility:

  • Ability to prepare HR regular reports, gathering and summarizing data, including information updates.
  • Organize and maintain files for departmental correspondence, records, etc.
  • Primary day‐to‐day HR support to staff.

3. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER STAFF

Requirement:

  • Female, Age max. 28 years old.
  • Port and Shipping Management background.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring ship documents related to CLASS.
  • Coordinating with class surveyors, technical, operation & safety department for the successful implementation of the survey.
  • Coordinate with the SEA COM Department for the renewal of the flagship document Indonesia.
  • Ensure that the ship document is valid and no exemption.

4. TAX STAFF

Requirement:

  • Female, age max 25 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor in Accounting.
  • Having Clear Understanding & Knowledge of Brevet A, B, C.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Ensure compliance on taxation aspect.
  • To perform financial statement with well administered taxation.
  • Prepare and remit source deduction payroll tax.

5. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

Requirement:

  • Female, age max. 28 years old.
  • Minimum DIII, majoring in Business Administration (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Administer & back up data files in office.
  • Data Input.
  • Data Collecting.

General Requirement:

  • Fluent in English both oral & written.
  • Computer literacy (min. MS Office).
  • Willing to travel to all Company Site.
