HR & GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER
The HR & GA Staff is a team member in Accounting Department within PT. AMS who is accountable for assisting the Accounting Manager by implementing and monitoring the manpower planning, performing recruitment and selection process and assessment, organization planning and design, organization development and payroll administration.
The HR and General Affair Staff shall responsible for:
- Organization Planning, Design, and Development.
- Manpower planning.
- Recruitment and Placement.
- Training and Development.
- Salary and Benefit Administration.
- Record and Report Employee Attendance.
Required Qualifications:
- Good English communications skills and Computer literate.
- Bachelor s Degree in related filed.
- At least 2 years experience in HR and General Affair position.
- Field work flexibility, coordinating skill, able to work independently and commit to timeline.
Compensation package: Good compensation package
Location: This position required person who is able to work in Kalimantan
